All local business that will be created by IASSISTU will contribute to regional economy and assist to transform young individuals who will be participate in creating jobs.

The candidates who are selected for funding for their re-education and to learn a skill to sustain themselves will co-create in making their business truly their own.

Business will be created in order to create jobs and create a motivational space. A meeting place where the young ex delinquents can meet and share knowledge. Foreign guests will also contribute to the learning center by providing their special education or trades.

Al projects that IASSISTU will undertake will have people who needs assistance. Example: Air B&B El encuentro will dedicate to people who are handicapped and will strive to make a better quality of life by providing personal care and attention while the guests stay at El Encuentro. The local jobs that this will create will contribute to local economy and will assist the local people in Alegria in Siquirres.

El encuentro will also catered to sabbatical stays for foreigners who are looking for a inspiration space to re-charge and re-calibrate their life journeys. The sabbatical guests can also contribute to local education or skill learning programs for the young delinquents. All work will be on a volunteer basis in exchange for a discount on their lodge &/or food costs. The details of the costs for sabbatical stay for long or short term stay can be discussed to be made custom made on individual basis.

El Encuentro Air B&B spaces strives to be a meeting space between the developed world and the local young delinquents who are going through transformation cycles to become re-integrated into Costa Rican Society. A motivational center, learning center, working center where the meetings between different cultures and different levels of education can be mingled and learn and create a inspirational space.

Were working with local people and help adhoc critical situations. These photos are people who had flooding on their home and they did not have clothes or diapers for children. IASSISTU works with local church to raise the needed clothing & the diapers.
 For example: we have assisted with baby milk for a baby who was born from a teenager prostitute. We also assisted with finding a family member from the girl to look for a caregiver to the girl.
